Parental Partnership

We believe it is vital to have a strong partnership between parents and school.
Through home reading and homework activities parents can support their child's learning and follow their progress.

We arrrange curriculum workshops, Meet the Teacher events, class assemblies, sharing learning sessions, parent lessons and parent and child activities to keep parents up to date with what and how their children are taught.

Parent Consultation meetings offer formal opportunities to discuss children's academic and social progress. These are available three times a year.
All pupils receive an annual written report in the Summer Term.

Regular newsletters keep parents informed of events happening in school and our Teachers2parents service allows parents to receive information via text message. Parents can also request to follow us on our school Twitter account.

Parents are always welcome to discuss any aspect of their child's school life by making an appointment with the Class Teacher, Inclusion Mentor or Headteacher.
