West End is a First School in the town of Bedlington. We are a school of about 300 pupils.
The School has achieved various awards which are displayed at the bottom of every page.

Our school buildings are 100 years old. The school is housed in two separate buildings. The Foundation Stage and Year One are situated in the Early Years Building, our school hall is also in this building.
Years Two, Three and Four are situated in the main school building along with the Headteacher's office and the main school office.

There are two other buildings on our site. On the left is our school kitchen and dining room. On the right is our community building, it is used by the
West End
Pre-school and also Trinity Out of School Club.

This is our Adventure Playground all children in the school get a chance to play in here on a rota basis. |

This is the Foundation Stage garden and play area. Reception and Apple Classes use this during the day on a rota basis. |

This garden is at the front of our school and is used in the summer
for various activities e.g reading stories, learning about plants and animals.
